I know we have done a DOORS-themed group swap before, but for some reason I am unable to find it in the archives.  So, let's do another one!


There are many options as far as media/technique:  collage, sketch/draw, rubber stamping, painting, etc.  You may portray an open door, a closed door, many doors.  A trap door.  A bird cage door.  A barn door, revolving door, screen door.  Some foreign countries have many very colorful doors!  And yes, there was a rock n' roll group called "The Doors."

It's especially nice to include a note or quote on the "message" side (left side) of the post card.

Make 1 - 4 post cards to be exchanged with designated swap partners.  Send them in with sufficient postage enclosed for your art to be sent along.  Also please include self-address labels for me to affix to your exchanged art.  Thanks.

NOTE:  Your DOORS design does NOT have to open. If you DO create doors that open and shut, I highly recommend we treat them as unmachinable art, using either cellophane sleeves or paper envelopes rather than sending them along with no protection.   I do have a supply of cellophane envelopes...
