I've been buying stamps on line for several years. There are a number of sites that sell them. These sites buy them from the Postal Service when they discontinue a line. Just make sure you use a good credit card "just in case" there is a problem. I get the regular first class ones. The last time I purchased about 2 months ago I paid $20 for 100 stamps. At that price it is cheaper than using post card stamps. I have not had any problems with using them.
