Twinchie Swap - Send by August 14th

It's Twinchie Time!  This swap is about making 2-inch squares, a much smaller format than our usual post card size.    Here's another opportunity to use up some small scraps of paper that you just can't throw out.

The theme is specific:  NATURE- anything with LEGS, GILLS, TAILS, PETALS, LEAVES, WINGS, etc.  (Questions? Contact your swap host.)

Hint:  Quick and easy backgrounds for Twinchies, Inchies and ATC's can be made by painting or collaging larger sheets of paper, then cutting up into smaller sizes and decorating to finish.

SWAP DETAILS:
  • Make EIGHT Nature-themed Twinchies to swap. (You will get back the same number you send, each from a different artist)
  • Your host will mail the swapped pieces back to you in the envelope you provide.
  • Please insert waxed paper or parchment in between the Twinchies so they don't get stuck together in the envelope.  Due to high humidity and heat levels, art often gets stuck together in the envelope, especially if you use glue, paint or sealant.

  • Write “MMSA-Twinchie" on the back of each Twinchie, along with your name and contact info please.
  • Please include or affix the proper postage to the self-addressed envelope.
  • Art made with thicker cardboard (therefore stiff/not easily bendable) or with thick embellishments may require additional postage to send.  Thank you.
