I just checked the online USPS site for current postal costs:
1st CLASS LETTER - 60 cents
SECOND OUNCE - 24 cents
SQUARE ENVELOPE - 99 cents
LARGE ENVELOPE - starts at $1.20
POST CARD - 44-cents
When in doubt, check the USPS online site, or stop at the closest post office and talk to your friendly postal clerk, and maybe tell him or her "Thank You" for what they do to keep our mail going.

Big increase coming in January so buy stamps now!
AGAIN???????? Perhaps the increase in postal costs will bring improvements in handling and service... hmmmmm
I've been told recently by another mail artist and confirmed by a postal employee that YES, stamp prices are going up yet again, in January
