NOTICE: IMPORTANT INFORMATION! - UPDATE

US POSTAL REGULATIONS CHANGE

Today my friend at the post office told me about new some

regulations effective September 30th, 2019 which 
may affect the delivery of our swap art packages.

Here it is:

Anything weighing over 10 ounces

and/or

Anything thicker than 1/2"

and having regular postage stamps on it,

May not be mailed out from a mail box or postal drop

box.

It must be handed across a postal counter,

OR

have postal strips affixed from an approved online source of US postage.

Packages that do not comply with this new regulation will probably be returned to sender (which is another reason to be sure you put your own/sender address in the upper left-hand corner).  This will delay processing of your group swap art by several extra weeks.

Packages mailed out before September 30th should arrive alright.
