Six Summer Squares Swap - Postmark by Monday, August 20th

(Seashore, observing nature, riding bike/picking cherries,
travel, making art, catching frogs)
Let's try something a little different than our usual post card swaps, but similar to the Blue Valentines SQUARES Swap we had a while ago.

Illustrate your Summer-themed SQUARES with images, colors, sayings, souvenirs/memorabilia, photo bits that remind you of this season between Spring and Fall.  Here's a chance to use up those scraps on your work table (or floor).

Collage, paint, stencil, Gelli-print, draw on six (6) SQUARES.  The finished SQUARES' sides should all measure 2+1/2".

You could cut six SQUARES out of card stock and then decorate each one.

OR

You could start with a 7+1/2" x 5" rectangle, decorate it for backgrounds, then carefully cut it into individual smaller SQUARES and finish with details as desired.

***Participants, send your SIX DECORATED SQUARES in an envelope, and enclose another envelope (greeting-card-sized or long business envelope) with your address on it, in which your swap host can then mail your exchanged squares to you.

So, does this mean that the squares will fit on to a ATC or each square is the size of an ATC?

Hi Nyla, The SQUARES in this swap are SQUARES, EACH SIDE measuring 2+1/2" long. THey are not RECTANGLES/ATC's, and they are not to be attached to ATC's. My reference was to the plastic Trading Card storage pages that will hold these SQUARES just as well as they will hold Artist's Trading Cards and Artist's Trading Coins, all of which have one dimension that is 2+1/2 inches across. Thanks for asking. Honi
