WASHI TAPE SAMPLES EXCHANGE - Postmark by March 16th

Color Coordinated
Some of us have enjoyed collecting Washi Tapes over the years and adding these as accents to our art from time to time.

This is is a supplies swap,  We will be sharing 3 (THREE) groupings of Washi Tape strips with other participants.  Thanks Gloria for the prompt.

You may arrange the Washi strips by coordinating colors, by theme, or randomly.
Gloria M. - random designs grouping

Start with a sturdy piece of plastic (i.e. junk gift card) that is
approximately 2" x 3+1/2."  Not regular paper or waxed paper, as Washi seems to stick rather permanently to some paper surfaces.

I was going to say "Cut 16"-long strips of Washi from  4 - 6 different designs and wrap them smoothly around the piece of plastic." but Washi tape tends to curl, so you may find it easier to unwind the tape from each roll (one at a time) as you wrap it around the plastic.  If your plastic base is 2" across, you can just count 8 turns to wrap the Washi tape around it.  I like to fold over the very end of it to make it easier to get started when using it.
Garden Themed Washi Tapes
The number of tapes per grouping will vary depending upon the width  of each Washi tape.  In the examples shown below, you can see that some tapes are narrow, some are wider.
